1.Where do we Ship From?
Our warehouse address is 718 Ewing St, Toledo, Ohio, and your French Press Pot products will be shipped from there after you place your order.
Due to the volatility of international shipping and to ensure the quality of our service, we currently only support orders from the continental United States.
Any subsequent adjustments will be posted on our website without prior notice. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
2.What is our Shipping Cost?
For all US orders, we will ship via UPS Express.
Free shipping on orders over $50 per order.
Orders under $50 will be charged a $4 shipping fee.
3.How long is our Delivery Time?
Our delivery time is 8-12 business days, of which order processing time is 1-3 business days and shipping time is 7-9 business days.
Delivery time = Order processing time + Shipping time.
Our service hours are Monday-Friday/9:00AM-8:00PM (EST).
Orders placed after 8:00PM will be prioritized on the next business day.
Orders are not processed on weekends.
4.Who is responsible for the Tax?
The sales tax is the responsibility of the customer and is not borne by the merchant, thank you for your understanding.
5.How do we Package our products?
Our French Press Pot will be packaged in a biodegradable thickened plastic bag and all of our packaging is made from biodegradable materials and will not damage our environment.
After French Press Pot products are shipped, we will send you the name of the courier company and the tracking number to your email address.
You can also get the courier company and the tracking number in “account order details“.
After receiving the French Press Pot, if the damage is found (e.g. broken, machine failure, machine won’t start, etc.), please You can email our customer service Brandon Tuton via [email protected], and we will offer you a free return.
